Implementing Business World Solutions. Scottish Borders Council had been live for approx. a year when we were engaged to re-implement their Business World solution for all of Financials/HR and Payroll. We have since upgraded their system to Milestone 7 and are now providing customer support.
Consultancy Support and Ongoing Development Services. Zenith originally approached us to provide support for their Milestone 7 upgrade. Additionally, we have provided general consultancy support for their HR, R2R & PCB modules. We have also provided development services for electronic payments and report writing.
System Development. Back in 2011, we were appointed to implement the Unit4 Business World HR module. Since then, we have developed an ongoing relationship by providing ongoing support as well as developing a new suite of Management Reports.
Trusted Partner. We have been providing ongoing support to SEPA since our original implementation contract in 2007. We have subsequently implemented a number of additional modules ie: Expenses, Timesheets and HR Learning & Development. We have been assisting them more recently with a new Management Dashboard, as well as the Contracts module and Income Manager.
Supporting a Glasgow Institution. A contract for the provision of ongoing support was agreed since our successful Milestone 6 upgrade in 2015. This included all Financials as well as Procurement, Income Manager and the Fixed Assets module.

Unit4 Business World Support. Since 2014, Hennessy IT Consulting has been responsible for the ongoing support of the Unit4, Business World, HR, Financials (including Procurement) & PCB modules.
From Procurement to HR. In 2012, Hennessy IT Consulting was selected to implement Unit4 Business World Financials (including Procurement), Project Costing & Billing & HR. Subsequently, the Planner Module & a Management Dashboard has been implemented. Current contract includes the support of the Budget Management Process & Revenue Recognition.
Ongoing IT Support for Agency. In 2015, Hennessy IT Consulting was selected to implement Unit4 Business World in 2012 for the HR & Financials modules (which included the Procurement module). Since then, an ongoing support contract has been in place.
